We accept returns for any unworn, unused merchandise with tags intact in sellable condition within 14 business days after being received. If you send the item back after the 14 day deadline, you will not be credited for your purchase and we will not be held responsible for returning the item to you. We recommend that all returns be insured and sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx with a tracking number. I-Rock is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Returns/Exchanges must prepaid; we will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Please fill out the Return/Exchange Form completely and keep a copy for your records. Securely package your unworn, unused merchandise and send to the address listed below with the completed Return/Exchange Form. You may use the original box for the return shipment.

The return will be refunded to the original credit card used for payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for the account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on the credit card statement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Sale items, lingerie, jewelry, hats and accessories are not eligible for returns.

Easy Exchange

Please fill out the Return/Exchange Form completely indicating your top choices for exchange and keep a copy for your records. We want you to be aware that unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your exchange choices will be in stock by the time we receive your package. With this in consideration we highly recommend placing a new order with your selection and returning your item to ensure that you receive your I-Rock favorites. When exchanging an item be sure to securely package your unworn, unused merchandise and send to the address listed below with the completed Return/Exchange Form.
