You may place your orders anytime online 24/7. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase excluding weekends.

Tracking your order
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

Modifying your order
unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel any order. When your order arrives, please follow return/exchange instructions for an online credit.

When you find a must have item on shopirock.com, we highly recommend you buy it. Most of our products in stock are only available for a limited time and typically will not be reordered. Don't delay and order today!

Sold out item/back order

Products on shopirock.com can sell out faster than the inventory system can update. If an item in your order is no longer available we will notify you with replacement options. Other items in your order will be shipped less the sold out items.

If your item is not available at the time of purchase but can be reordered, it will be shipped upon arrival. You will be notified that the item is being ordered and the rest of your order will be shipped. You will be charged only for those items shipped less the reorder item. When the back order item arrives you will be charged for that item and shipping.
