We accept returns for any unworn, unused merchandise with tags intact in sellable condition within 14 business days after being received. If you send the item back after the 14 day deadline, you will not be credited for your purchase and we will not be held responsible for returning the item to you. We recommend that all returns be insured and sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx with a tracking number. I-Rock is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Returns must prepaid; we will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Please fill out the Return/Exchange Form completely and keep a copy for your records. Securely package your unworn, unused merchandise and send to the address listed below with the completed Return/Exchange Form. You may use the original box for the return shipment.

The return will be refunded to the original credit card used for payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for the account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on the credit card statement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Sale items, lingerie, jewelry, hats and accessories are not eligible for returns.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase excluding weekends. When it is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will be received within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment. (The shipping rates are calculated by the total dollar amount of your order before taxes.)

Overnight delivery to most locations. Find the guaranteed delivery time. Please note item's can take up to 1-2 business days to be processed.

Canada Shipping Rates-Flat rate $25.95 sent via USPS Priority Mail with approximate delivery 5-10 business days. Rate does not include duties or taxes which may be due at the time of delivery and should be paid by you directly to USPS.

Products on shopirock.com can sell out faster than the inventory system can update. If an item in your order is no longer available we will notify you with replacement options. Other items in your order will be shipped less the sold out items.

If your item is not available at the time of purchase but can be reordered, it will be shipped upon arrival. You will be notified that the item is being ordered and the rest of your order will be shipped. You will be charged only for those items shipped less the reorder item. When the back order item arrives you will be charged for that item and shipping.
